Refund Policy

What is Philadose's Refund Policy?

After you submit your refund request to info@philadose.com, you will be notified via email with the details of the refund request, and if approved, we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.

For In-Person and Online Events, a request for refund must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the scheduled event start time.

For Cohorts, Classes, and Workshops, a request for refund must be received no later than 7 days prior to the scheduled course start time.


Refunds or credits can be issued for various reasons, and in different ways.  For refunds back to an original outside payment source (Credit card, debit card, paypal, etc.), please check with them directly for information on posting timeframes.
